New Years Eve pics

Every year the masses descend on our home town to see in the new year in a variety of outfits courtesy of the fancy dress tradition!
In the pubs we play until quarter to twelve when the migration bumbles on down to the seafront for the countdown, the poorly sung rendition of Auld Lang Syne  and  the water-borne firework display which this year was superb!

Clubhouse Fascia Ideas

These have been knocking around for a while now, courtesy of Tids, some possible ideas to cover the existing fascia that is starting to look a 'Tad' tired.

Today our fund-raising phenomenon Miss Sophie Waddell received a letter from the Devon Youth Opportunities fund, which confirms the sum of £1560 has been donated by the fund to Exmouth Beach Rescue.

This news made Little Tom Jones jump for joy

Clubhouse Extension

This is the year we will be aiming towards gaining the funds and doing all that is necessary to build a second storey on top of the existing Clubhouse in order to ensure the club continues to grow and enhance the service we have and continue to offer to the public voluntarily.

If anyone out there can be of some service please don't hesitate to contact us!!

Snowy's Day of fun

The Master of Ceremonies inspects the course for the worlds first Surf lifesaving Competition in the Snow!

First Event of the Day was a 2K run followed by - Beach Flags

The Christmas Do

You are all cordially invited to our Christmas do that will be held at the clubhouse on the 19th of December, training as normal followed by a Hotpot courtesy of Snowy as well as a few games, then our famous BBQ will take us into the evening as we head inside to watch a film on the projector screen.

All parents and friends are more then welcome to join in the festivities and remember to wear your Santa hats!!

Dartmoor snow!!

Today's attrition rate was high but not surprising given that temperatures on the moor were chasing -9 not including the wind chill!. However five brave souls powered on, Tom the cameraman

 left the clubhouse and headed for Sourton where we met up with the Richardson clan,

We then headed on toe  Brat Tor to admire Widgery's Cross

before retiring to the inn for some warmth and some digit denumbing!

This year guys it would be amazing if we can get as many members of the club taking a dip as possible, for those that are unaware, It's at the octagon at and starts at11am sharp!!

Sarah Beresford Turns 23

On the 11th of November miss Beresford hit 23 then 2 days later rode into town on horseback for the evenings festivities yeeha!!
